| By purchasing an item from ferrarausa.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions: |

| 1 | All sales are final. |

| 2 | Orders will be replaced under the following conditions only:
Only the original image ordered will be replaced. No substitutions. |

| 3 | All images ordered will be downloaded to your email address in color format, 72 DPI, for your use in designing your project while awaiting the full size image which will be shipped via US Priority Mail. (see #5 below for other mailing options.) | |||
| 4 | Unless otherwise specified, all images displayed on ferrarausa.com will be shipped to purchaser in a 13" x 19" format, 300 DPI, GIF file type, on CD-R (Read Only) Disk. Please contact ferrarausa.com if you require a file type other than GIF. |

| 5 | Every effort will be made to fill orders in a timely manner. Most US domestic orders will be filled and shipped via US Priority Mail within 24 hours during the normal business week (Monday through Friday). Orders received on Fridays after 1:00 PM Pacific time may not be shipped until Monday. For US Express Mail, or shipping methods not using the US Postal Service, please contact ferrarausa.com for costs and estimated shipping times PRIOR to placing your order. There will be an additional handling charge added to all orders shipped other than through US Priority Mail Service. For orders shipped other than US Postal Service, we cannot accept PO Box addresses. |

| 6 | There is a flat $8.00 per item shipping and handling fee (unless otherswise noted in item 5 above.) | |||
| 7 | At this time, ferrarausa.com does not accept orders shipped to foreign locations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. | |||
| 8 | We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping once the order leaves our hands. However, if you have not received your order after 5 business days from date ordered, please contact us and we will track your package and advise you of its location or make arrangements to replace the lost item (under Condition #1 above). | |||
| 9 | Orders and payments are handled through PayPal. If you cannot use PayPal, please contact us. We will accept a business check, but order shipment will be delayed until your payment has cleared our bank. We do not accept direct payment via credit card. | |||
| 10 | All prices and costs are quoted in US funds and all payments must be made in US funds. At this time we are not set up to handle foreign-currency orders. We apologize for any inconvenience. | |||
